Catering Terms and Conditions
Order Process
We pride ourselves on making fresh healthy food from scratch using fresh, local and organic ingredients whenever possible. We make almost all our food is made onsite and this gives us the flexibility to change our menu items to suit your needs. Our chef and team will work with you and adjust the menu to ensure you are delighted with your catering order.
Please note:
Tap Water
Jugs of water will only be provided where a catering order has been placed.
Jugs and glasses are available for self-serve pickup in the cafeteria at no charge.
Adjustments and substitutions
If for any reason ingredients or dishes you have ordered are not available, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you a suitable substitution. In this situation the chef can adjust the menu to ensure the meeting organizer is very satisfied with the planned menu. If the original menu cannot be provided and no suitable alternatives can be found, a full refund will be provided.
Allergies and Special Diets
Our Chefs can customise our menu to most dietary requirements. Additional notice is requested to ensure we have the necessary ingredients. In order to protect you and your guests, please find out if the request is an allergy or just a diet preference. Eurest prepares the vast majority of the food fresh and cross contamination is possible despite every effort. We cannot assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed, or items an individual may come in contact with.
Delivery and Cleanup
Food will be delivered and set-up within fifteen minutes of the delivery time as specified on the order.
Cleanup will occur within one hour of the requested time unless otherwise agreed. Cleanup required after hours can either occur on the morning following at no charge or on the day of the event at a cost for the additional labour.
All dishes, containers, cutlery, etc. must be returned at the end of the event.
Leftover Food and Beverages
Food cannot be taken home in Eurest’ containers or plates.
Once food and beverages have been delivered no item can be returned for credit.
Rentals and Servers
Eurest is happy to organize and manage any rentals required for your catering event (such as linen, BBQs, cutlery, etc.). We can also provide servers and dedicated chefs to make your event extra special. Our Catering Manager would love to assist you with planning your special event and can be contacted at 604 272 2121.
Notice Period
To ensure ingredients are available and adequate preparation time, we require two business days advance notice for catering services under 20 guests and three business days notice for events exceeding 20 guests.
Requests must be submitted before 2.00pm, for orders submitted after 2.00pm, the notice period commences the next morning.
For requests with less notice than the above we will always work with you to find a solution wherever possible, however, the range of options may be limited.

Additional Charges & Pricing
All additional charges will be outlined to you by our staff before finalising the catering order. For example:
Pricing may be altered at any time to account for changes in costs.
Payment Terms
All orders must be pre-paid unless a client has established credit with Eurest
Established clients payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date.
All amounts are in Canadian dollars.
